Jay Piccione, Student Pastor
pj@mompraisecenter.com

Pastor Jay and his wife Beth have served in youth ministry for over ten years.
Jay desires to create opportunities for students to be able to connect to each other, connect to the ministry, and most importantly, connect to God and for students to see that Church isn't just a bunch of rules or a place to go only when they have a problem. They should feel that church is a place to call home, where you can have more fun and feel more loved than anywhere else. "It is so humbling to have the opportunity and the responsibility to guide students into an intimate relationship with Christ and to see them growing in the Lord."
Jay, Beth, and their two sons, Zach and Bryce, enjoy spending time together, spending time with family, friends and hanging out with the youth.

Motivating the Right Person into the Right Ministry
One of the greatest challenges for most leaders is selecting and motivating the right people into the right ministry positions in hopes of minimizing turnover and frustration. Even in the smaller church with limited personnel, it is important to coordinate people and ministry as much as possible. -
“I TRIED, BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED ME”
“I tried, but no one ever called me” are painful words for a leader who has much work to do and not enough people willing to do it. These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
